I was wondering about a e mail that was sent to me that I won money from this chevron company and was wondering if it was a scam just to get info.. Or to see how many others were sent the same letter.. it says,,,,, SHELL CHEVRON LOTTERY WINNING NOTIFICATION
The prestigious Shell and Chevron Gas and Oil Company has set out and
successfully organised a Sweepstakes marking the Annual anniversary,held
on Monday 26th of October, 2007. Your e-mail address attached to
ticket number: (SCL189892007) with Serial number 7856478/07 has subsequently
won you the 2nd category, you have therefore been approved to claim a
total sum of (£75.000.00) credited to file (SCD/759080/07).
